Kadiam condemned for criticising Congress regime

Hyderabad, Feb 23 (INN): Deputy CLP leader in Legislative Council Mohammed Ali Shabbir has strongly criticised Deputy Chief Minister Kadiam Srihari for accusing the Congress party of neglecting the education sector during its regime.

Referring to the statement made by the Deputy Chief Minister during his recent visit to Karimnagar, Shabbir Ali said Kadiam should crosscheck the facts before spreading false propaganda against the Congress party. Five out of nine State universities in Telangana were established during the 10 year rule of Congress party from 2004-2014. Even the Satavahana University, where Kadiam issued the statement, was established by the Congress Government, he said while addressing a press conference at Gandhi Bhavan here on Monday.

The Congress leader said Kadiam was completely ignorant about Telangana and its history. “He is a betrayer of Telangana and never actively participated in the statehood agitation. He is a ‘pakka drohi’ (betrayer) with ‘pakka TDP branding’,” he alleged while accusing him of still carrying out the mission to sabotage the image of Telangana leaders and parties to please TDP. He also criticised KCR for accommodating ex-TDP leaders and Telangana betrayers in his cabinet. “KCR’s cabinet is nothing but a Sub-Cabinet of TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu,” he alleged.
