Ponnala’s 72nd birthday celebrated

Hyderabad, Feb 15 (INN): Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president Ponnala Lakshmaiah celebrated his 72nd birthday at his residence here on Sunday.

Several party leaders including Leader of the Opposition K Jana Reddy, CLP leader in Council D Srinivas, Greater Hyderabad Congress president Danam Nagender and several legislators, former ministers and other leaders greeted the TPCC Chief on his birthday.

Speaking on the occasion, Ponnala vowed to work for the development of Telangana State and to strengthen the Congress party in the new State. He called upon the leaders and workers to work unitedly to achieve the common goal of bringing back the Congress to power.
