Man electrocuted to death

Hyderabad, June 22 : A 20 year-old-man died while working after accidentally he touch live electric wire and got electrocuted on Saturday.

According to Meerpet police, the deceased Venkatesh (20) an Polytechnic student cum labourer S/o Muthaiah Resident of Annapurna Colony of Badangpet of Ranga Reddy District, Native of Nalgonda district, on Saturday evening hours deceased while working at Odamgadda area accidentally he touch live electric wire he got electrocuted due to which he was unconscious, immediately rushed to nearest hospital where doctors declared brought dead.

Meerpet police registered a case and dead body shifted to Osmania Hospital Mortuary for postmortem after autopsy deceased body handed over to his relatives.

Girl commits suicide

Hyderabad June 22 : A-16-year-old-girl committed by hanging at her residence on Saturday night hours in Charminar police station limits.

According to Charminar police, the deceased Aarthi (16) an Household D/o Harish R/o Petlaburg of Charminar, had committed suicide by hanging at her residence on Saturday night hours at her room on first floor. Suicide reason was not known yet.

Charminar police registered a case and dead body shifted to Osmania Hospital Mortuary for post-mortem, after autopsy deceased body handed over to her relatives. Sub Inspector Mohammed Maqdoom Ali said.

Private employee killed in train accident

Hyderabad, June 22 : A 45-year-old private employee killed after he was hit by a train while trying to cross the railway track.

According to Nampally Railway Police, the deceased K Balaiah (45) an private employee S/o Chinna Kotaiah Resident of Taranagar of Lingampally, deceased while trying to cross the railway track on Saturday night hours between Chandanagar and Lingampally railway stations suddenly one speeding train hit due to which he was died on the spot.

The Nampally Railway Police registered a case and dead body shifted to Osmania Hospital Mortuary for postmortem, after autopsy deceased body handed over to his relatives.

Woman burned body found at her residence

Hyderabad, June 22 : A 35 year old woman completely burned body found at her residence in Naganpally of Ibrahimpatnam on Saturday night hours.

According to Ibrahimpatnam police, the deceased M Chilukamma (35) an Housewife W/o Srinivas Chary Resident of Naganpally road of Ibrahimpatnam, deceased completely burned body found at her residence on Saturday night hours.

Since the victim husband Srinivasa chary reportedly absconding police suspecting his involvement behind the death of a woman.

Ibrahimpatnam police registered a case of suspicious death under section 174 CRPC (Suspicious death) and dead body shifted to Osmania Hospital Mortuary for postmortem after autopsy deceased body handed over to her relatives and began investigations.

Senior officer DRDO stabbed by a thief near charminar

Hyderabad, June 22 : A senior official of the Koraput based DRDO was stabbed by a thief near Charminar on Sunday afternoon. His condition is stated to be out of danger, doctors treating him said.

The official R. K. Satyapathi, came to the city to attend a three day seminar the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) in the city. On Sunday the official along with his colleagues came for sightseeing and shopping at the Charminar.

As they were walking near charminar and a teenage boy snatched a mobile phone from one of them. On noticing it Mr. Satpathi shouted for help and chased the boy along with a few locals. He caught the boy after chasing for some time and was taking him to hand him over to police he whipped out a sharp object and attacked him and fled away,” DCP (South) Sarvashresth Tripathi said.

The official was immediately shifted to Osmania General Hospital where the doctors treated him. The police have formed special teams to nab the offender who is believed to be a whitener addict and was earlier arrested in a snatching case. “We will nab him soon,” the DCP said.

Man kills wife, son

Hyderabad, June 22 : A 20-year-old woman and her 10 months toddler boy brutally murdered by her husband in Pahadishareef police station limits.

According to Pahadishareef police, the deceased Swapna (20) and her 10 months old toddler boy Suraj resident of Sriramnagar colony of Pahadishareef Native of Bihar was brutally murdered by her husband Umender @ Kamil a Labourer in plastic factory came to home on inebriated condition Sunday early hours and allegedly poured kerosene on his wife Swapna and set ablaze her due to which she was died on the spot, after sometime he was strangulated his toddler son Suraj with the help of a saree due to which toddler was died on the spot.

Pahadishareef police registered a case of murder under section 302 IPC against Umender and dead bodies shifted to Osmania Hospital Mortuary for postmortem and began investigations. Inspector D Bhaskar Reddy said.
