Speed up release of kidnapped AP engineer from Bodo Militants: CM

Hyderabad, June 22 : On the directions of Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the officials of Andhra Pradesh Government are taking up all steps for safe return of the Andhra Engineer who was kidnapped by Bodo militants in Assam on June 17.

Chief Secretary I Y R Krishna Rao has spoken to the Chief Secretary and DGP of Assam over phone to get the early and safe release and rescue of Nagamalleswar Rao, native of Chimakurthi of Prakasam District. He is an Engineer of Vasistha Company and was kidnapped at Kalachand, about 60 km from Haflong in Assam five days ago.  INN
