Congress, TDP not serious about Telangana: Etela

Hyderabad, June 11 : TRS floor leader Etela Rajender on Tuesday accused the ruling Congress party and main opposition Telugu Desam Party of having match-fixing on the Telangana issue.

Talking to media persons at the Assembly’s media point, Etela said that the Congress-TDP combine was wasting the Assembly’s time in a deliberate fashion. He said that although both the parties were speaking in favour of separate Telangana, in Assembly, they were acting against it.

Etela said if just five minutes of time is allotted in the Assembly to move Telangana resolution, the real face of Congress and TDP would be exposed. He said both the parties were misleading the people of Telangana region by making false and contradictory claims on their stand on the statehood issue. INN
