Hyderabad, April 19 (INN): Telangana BJP President G Kishan Reddy on Sunday alleged that the two-day District Collectors conference, which concluded in Hyderabad on Saturday, was a total failure.
Speaking to media persons here, Kishan Reddy said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao did not allow the Collectors to speak about their districts. Instead, KCR delivered a series of lectures in the Collectors conference. He claimed that the Collectors wanted to discuss about the damages in their respective districts due to unseasonal rains. However, the Chief Minister did not permit them to speak about it. Instead being an interactive session, the conference turned out to be a one-man show of KCR, he alleged.
KCR also alleged that the TRS Government was misusing the Mission Kakatiya to benefit the TRS workers. He said that the BJP was not against the Mission Kakatiya, but it wants the government to take necessary to avoid corruption and irregularities in its implementation.
