Twin cities receive heavy rainfall

Hyderabad, March 30 (INN): Several areas in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and some parts of Ranga Reddy district received heavy rainfall on Monday morning.

According to the GHMC, as many as 17 mandals received rainfall from 18.50 mm to 0.25 mm between 8.30 AM and 5 PM on Monday. The Asifnagar mandal received maximum rainfall of 18.50 mm followed by Srinagar Colony (6.25 mm); Nampally (5.25), Shaikpet (5), Moulali (3.75), Monda Market (2.25), Tirumalagiri (1.50), Golconda (1), Chilakalguda (1), West Maredpally (0.75), Malkajgiri (0.75), Uppal – Ghanpur (0.75), Bandalaguda (0.50), Rajendranagar (0.50), Malkapur (0.25), Fever Hospital (0.25) and Sivaramapalle received a rainfall of 0.25 mm.
