Hyderabad, Feb 6 (INN): As against the claims of State Government, the Swine flu cases and deaths are on the rise across Telangana State.
As on 5th February, as many 41 people lost their lives due to Swine flu. Of 89 samples tested on Thursday, 20 were found positive. This year, so far, as many as 2,212 samples were tested and 738 were found positive. “The number of positive cases reported in the last six days (up to 5th February) is showing decrease in intensity. The figures are 45, 35, 39, 18, 32 and 20,” claimed the Swine flu bulletin issued here on Friday.
The State Government has advised citizens to take precaution such as reporting to the hospital on the first symptoms of Swine flu like High Fever, Sneezing cough and body pains. Citizens have also been advised to avoid going to crowded places, clean their hands as frequently as possible, avoid hand shaking, cover nose/mouth while sneezing and cough.
