Ponguleti demands White Paper on energy situation

Hyderabad, Oct 12 (INN): Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy has demanded that the State Government release a White Paper on the energy situation.
 
Addressing a press conference at the Congress Legislature Party office here, Ponguleti said that the TRS was wrongly blaming the Congress for the present crisis. Therefore, he demanded that the TRS Government come out with a White Paper on the present energy situation and steps taken in the last 10 years by the Congress Government. He also demanded that the Chief Ministers K Chandrasekhar Rao (Telangana) and N Chandrababu Naidu (Andhra Pradesh) end their cold war in the interest of common people. He said both the Chief Ministers were deliberately carrying on the cold war to divert people’s attention from their failures and blame the Congress party for the power crisis.
 
Ponguleti also demanded extension of deadline from October 15 for applying for ration card, pensions, scholarships and other schemes.
