RGSYCC to celebrate Telangana Formation on June 1st

Hyderabad, May 30 : The Rajiv Gandhi Sadbhavana Yatra Commemoration Committee will celebrate the formation of Telangana as 29th state of Indian Union, at Rajiv Gandhi Sadbhavana Yatra Pole at historic Charminar on 1st June from 10 PM to 12 midnight.

Yekka Yadagiri Rao, Sculptor (Shilpi) of Martyrs Memorial at Gunpark will hoist the Telangana Flag at 12 midnight (early hours of 2nd June) at Rajiv Gandhi Sadbhavana Yatra Commemoration Pole, according to Committee chairman G Niranjan. Eminent Ghazal Singer Khan Ather will present a program with songs on National integration from 10 PM. Rajya Sabha MP Rapolu Ananda Bhaskar will administer the Pledge.

Rajya Sabha MPs V Hanumanth Rao and MA Khan, former ministers K Jana Reddy, J Geetha Reddy and D Nagender, former MP Anjan Kumar Yadav and other Congress leaders will participate in the programme.  INN
