Hyderabad, May 20 : The Coaching-cum-Guidance Centre for SC/STs is launching 7th batch of one year computer training to SC/ST job seekers from July 1 through NIELIT (DOEACC), Government of India, for their O-level examination. The computer training is offered at free of cost to SC/ST unemployed candidates. There will be no stipend and bus pass.
The students and employees those who have undergone such training earlier professionally qualified and who have crossed 30-years of age and whose family income is more than 3-lakhs for annum are not eligible for this programme. The centre is also launching 21st phase of free special coaching scheme of 11-months for SC/ST job seekers with the same qualification through reputed coaching centers.
The coaching will start likely from July 1 with 60-candidates for various Group-C and equivalent posts and competitive examinations viz-LDC-cum typists, stenographers conducted by Staff Selection Commission, RRBs, IBPS and LIC etc. A stipend of Rs. 500 per month would be paid to each trainee and Rs. 500 worth text books will be supplied to each trainee. No lodging and boarding facilities are available.
