KCR deserves Chief Minister’s post: TRS

Hyderabad, May 6 : Claiming that the Telangana Rashtra Samithi would form the first government of Telangana State, party leader K Eshwar said that the new State would need a Chief Minister like K Chandrasekhar Rao.

Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, Eshwar said that KCR deserves the Chief Minister’s post for leading the successful movement for formation of Telangana. He said only KCR was capable of fighting with the Centre to get required funds and approvals for the development of new State. He said strong leadership was needed to cross the obstacles that are likely to be created by the anti-Telangana forces who would be active even after the bifurcation.

Eshwar said that the TRS alone enjoys the mass following in Telangana and it alone could bring development in the region. He dismissed the claims of Congress leaders of forming the next government in Telangana. He said people have rejected the Congress party for delaying the decision on Telangana which forced over 1200 students and youth to suicide.  INN
