GHMC Chief inspects development works in Moghalpura

Hyderabad, Feb 5 : GHMC Commissioner Somesh Kumar along with Charminar MLA Syed Ahmed Pasha Quadri inspected certain areas of Moghalpura division.

The MLA has informed the Commissioner about the delay in execution of CC road at Sultan Shahi, construction of community hall amounting to Rs. 49 lakhs situated at Sultan Shahi for which the Commissioner has directed the Executive Engineer, division 4B to take up the works immediately and further instructed to forward the same to Quli Qutub Shah with NOC as per the Standing Committee approval with regard to construction of community hall at Sultan Shahi.

The Commissioner has inspected Metharwadi community hall which is incomplete due to some court case, the ACP-4 has informed that the court has delivered judgement in favor of GHMC. The Executive Engineer 4B has been instructed to complete the work immediately with the assistance of ACP4 and also to take up Police protection and complete the works in 2 days.

Corporator Mohd.Mukarram Ali has requested the Commissioner for construction of compound wall all around the grave yards situated in Moghalpura division i.e., Mi-Ka-Daira, Sultan Shahi Dargam Yateem Shah grave yard, Do Khaber grave yard. The Commissioner directed EE 4B to submit the proposals after due inspection.

The Commissioner instructed the Executive Engineer to construct the compound wall around the public toilets at Sultan Shahi and further instructed to submit the proposals / estimates as per the typed design compound wall and also to submit the estimates for construction of 1st floor with proper flooring and gate.

Somesh Kumar directed the Zonal Commissioner (South) to submit the proposals for renovation of three play grounds situated at Sultan Shahi on priority.
