Assistant Engineer APCPDCL Anantapur in ACB net

Anantapur, Feb 4, : Assistant Engineer, APCPDCL, Dharmavaram Mandal, Anantapur, was caught red handed by A.C.B. Officials today at 10.55 hrs. when he demanded and accepted bribe of Rs. 3,500 (Rupees Three Thousand and Five Hundred only), in his office, for delivering AB Switch (part of electrical material) to the fields of the complainant.

Bribe amount of Rs. 3,500 was recovered from him. He is being arrested and will be produced before the Hon’ble IInd Additional Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Kurnool. Case is under investigation.

Minor boy dies after falling from height

Hyderabad, Feb 4 : A One and half year-old minor boy died of injuries which he suffered after falling down from second floor of a building while playing.

According to Ghatkesar police, the deceased, T Kaushik, S/o Srinivas, resident of Shiva Reddy Guda of Ghatkesar, On Feb 3 afternoon hours deceased while playing on second floor of his residence accidentally he was falling from height and received multiple injuries, Immediately he was rushed to Niloufer hospital where he was died on Tuesday after noon hours while undergoing treatment. Deceased father worked as private employee.

Ghatkesar police registered a case under section 174 CRPC and dead body shifted to Osmania Hospital Mortuary for postmortem.

Infant baby girl body found at Meerpet

Hyderabad, Feb 4 : The Meerpet police found the dead body of an infant baby girl in cloth at Sai Ganesh nagar Colony footpath at Meerpet.

According to Meerpet police, a Six days old infant baby girl is suspected to have been dumped in front of SYR Garden Sai Ganesh nagar Colony Footpath of Meepet on Monday evening hours. Police registered a case under section 318 IPC, The body has been shifted to the Osmania Hospital mortuary for post-mortem. Further investigations are on.

Man dies after falling from running train

Hyderabad, Feb 4 : A 32-year-old Unidentified man died undergoing treatment after he accidentally fell down from a running train between Budvel and Umdanagar.

The accident occurred on Feb 2 between the tracks of Budvel and Umdanagar railway stations while deceased was falling from running train, immediately shifted to Osmania Hospital for treatment where he was died on Monday night hours.

Kachiguda Railway Police Sub Inspector Riyaz Ahmed said.

Dowry harassment drives house wife to suicide

Hyderabad, Feb 4 : A 20-year-old house wife committed suicide hanging herself at her residence in Yenkampally village of Moinabad Ranga Reddy District.

According to Moinabad police, the deceased Madhusree @ Kirti Wife of Raju, R/o Yenkampally village of Moinabad Native of Manchirevula of Rajendranagar Mandal R R District had committed suicide by hanging on Tuesday early hours.

Kirti married with Raju in the year May 31, 2013, after few months of the marriage allegedly being mentally and physically harassed by her husband Raju for for additional dowry 2 lakhs rupees, deceased taking extreme step committed suicide by hanged herself on Tuesday early hours in bathroom and died on the spot.

Moinabad Inspector Ravi Chandra has been registered a case under section 304 B IPC against Raju, deceased dead body shifted to Osmania Hospital mortuary for postmortem, case is under investigation.

Auto Driver commits suicide

Hyderabad, Feb 4 : A 32-year old Auto Driver committed suicide by hanging at his residence on Tuesday afternoon hours in Amberpet Police Limits.

According to police, deceased – P Balachary, S/o Laxmipati R/o Amberpet, took this extreme step of suicide hanged himself due to severe stomach pain on Tuesday afternoon hours. Amberpet police registered a case and deceased dead body shifted to Osmania Hospital Mortuary for postmortem. Amberpet police said.

Four-year-old student succumbs to burn injuries

Hyderabad, Feb 4 : A four-year-old boy died of burn injuries which he suffered after a hot water bowl fell on him while playing at his residence in Bhagya laxmi nagar colony of Gandhinagar.

According to Gandhinagar police, the boy, Vikas Sauda, S/o Hari Sauda a student R/o Bhagya Lakshmi nagar colony of Gandhinagar suffered severe burn injuries on Jan 19. While playing at his residence, accidentally hot water bowl fallen on his body which was being cooked. He was admitted to the nearest Hospital where he died on Monday late night hours. Financial problem drives Private employee to suicide

Hyderabad, Feb 4 : A 25-year old Private employee committed suicide by hanging at his residence on Monday late night hours in Neredmet Police Limits.
According to police, deceased – Ravinder Sagar, Resident of Balramnagar of Neredmet took this extreme step of suicide hanged himself due to financial problems on Monday late night hours, he was facing from the few days.

Neredmet police registered a case and dead body shifted to Gandhi Hospital Mortuary for postmortem.

Man found dead in train

Hyderabad, Feb 4 : A 65 year old man was found dead in the Janam Bhoomi express train at Secunderabad Railway Station.

According to Secunderabad Railway Police, deceased identified as P Hanumanth Rao (65) native of Orissa, was travelling in the Coach of Janam Bhoomi Express train. When the train reached at railway station, Hanumanth Rao was found dead, police suspect deceased was died due to ill health.

Railway Police Secunderabad registered a case and dead body shifted to Gandhi Hospital Mortuary for postmortem.

Missing woman found dead under mysterious circumstances

Hyderabad, Feb 4 : A 50-year-old woman, who was missing from her home for the over 40 days, was found dead under mysterious circumstances near Butchireddy Colony in RGI Airport Police limits.

According to Sub-Inspector Srinivas, a highly decomposed body of a woman was found in bushes in Butchireddy Colony on Tuesday morning. A team of forensic experts from Osmania General Hospital was called at the spot to conduct preliminary investigations. Later, the body was shifted to the OGH mortuary for autopsy.

The deceased was later identified as E Shantamma, a resident of Narkuda of Shamshabad. About one-and-a-half month ago, she visited her daughter’s house in Chatrinaka. Two days later, she again left for her home. However, she did not return. Her relatives had also lodged a missing complaint with the Chatrinaka Police Station.

In view of fact that she was reported missing since a long time and the highly decomposed nature of her body, the RGI Airport police registered a case of suspicious death and began investigations. The reasons for her death would be ascertained only after the receipt of post-mortem report.
