GHMC outsourcing employees continues relay hunger strike

Hyderabad, Jan 26 : The relay hunger strike of outsourcing employees of all wings of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation entered seventh day on Sunday. The strike continued despite Sunday being a national holiday on account of Republic Day.

As many as 50 outsourcing employees have launched the relay hunger strike demanding increase in wages and other demands. Greater Hyderabad Municipal Employees Union president U Gopal said that the relay hunger strike would not be withdrawn till all the demands are met by the GHMC management. INN
