Sridhar Babu refutes allegations of implicating OUJAC leader

Hyderabad, Dec 22 : Civil Supplies Minister D Sridhar Babu on Sunday refuted allegations that he filed a complaint against the OUJAC leader Sriram.

Speaking to media persons here, Sridhar Babu said that there was no truth in the allegations being leveled by Sriram’s wife who filed a petition in the court stating that her husband was arrested in a false case and subjected to third degree tortured following a complaint lodged by the minister. He said that he was unnecessarily being dragged into the controversy.

Meanwhile, demanding Sriram’s release within 24 hours, the members of OU JAC staged protest near the Arts College building. They also burnt an effigy of Sridhar Babu in the campus. INN
