CHSS to hold national workshop on ‘Counter Terrorism’

Hyderabad, Dec 4 : The Centre for Human Security Studies (CHSS) in collaboration with Andhra Pradesh Police Academy (APPA) is organizing a three-day national workshop on “Counter Terrorism” from Thursday.

The purpose of this work shop is to understand India’s current internal security situation, existing internal security measures, terrorist group’s modus operandi and existing counter terror measures, and their limitations.

Former Union Home Secretary K Padmanabhaiah, former DGP HJ Dora and senior officials of the Police Department will address the seminar which will be held at the RBVRR AP Police Academy at Himayat Sagar. INN
