Deputy Executive Engineer in ACB net

Karimnagar, Sept 26 : Deputy Executive Engineer in Karimnagar District was caught red handed by the ACB Officials.

According to the ACB Officials, accused officer Palakurthi Ravi (37), S/o Sammaiah, a Deputy Executive Engineer at Executive Engineer, Indiramma flood Flow Canal, Karimnagar District was caught red handed by the ACB Officials on 26th Sept at about 9.00 AM at his residence, when he demanded and accepted an amount of Rs 5,500 as bribe from the complainant, for doing an official favour i.e. “to sanction the hire vehicle bill of Rs 24,000 for the month of March 2013”.

Bribe amount of Rs 5,500 was recovered from him. He has been arrested and will be produced before the Hon’ble IInd Additional Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad. INN
