GHMC cautions buyers against sale of Gokul Plots

Hyderabad, May 27 : The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has cautioned the general public against buying the land in the Sy.No. 78 of Gokul Plots in Hafeezpet Village at Serilingampally Mandal.

In a public caution notice, the GHMC said that Gokul Plots in Hafeezpet village is Government Land as per the Revenue records and most of the occupiers were not having any title over the plots and constructed buildings un-authorisedly past years and presently proceedings with their constructions without obtaining any building permission from the GHMC and violating rules and regulations. Several un-authorised constructions are going on the above land. The GHMC has been regularly stopping / demolishing the illegal constructions by issuing required notices to them as per the GHMC Act. It already addressed letters to respective departments i.e., A.P.Transco & H.M.W.S. & S.B not to provide any service connection to the occupiers until occupancy certificate obtained by the owner from the GHMC.

Therefore, the general public has been cautioned that not to purchase any flat or occupy / land in this Sy.No. 78, Gokul Plots, Hafeezpet Village area and also not to develop the land without valid permission from the Competent Authority failing which necessary action will be taken as per due procedure, and further the GHMC is not responsible for future consequences if any on the said buildings.
