Over 30,000 visit Zoo Park

Hyderabad, May 19 : The Nehru Zoological Park on Sunday received over 30,000 visitors including 7,619 children.

According to the zoo management, elaborate arrangements were made to meet the drinking water requirements of large number of visitors. Extensive lawns and restarious were also made available to the visitors to enjoy the natural ambiance in the zoo.

The Zoo authorities had a gross collection of Rs 8.48 lakh including Rs 7.31 lakh of main gate collection.

The Zoo Management has also informed that on 21st and 22nd May, the zoo will open at 10.00 AM instead of 08.00 AM in view of the walking test being conducting for the Forest Range Officer recruits. INN
