Hyderabad, Nov 21 : Nizamabad MP Madhu Yashki Goud on Wednesday informed that the Lok Sabha members of Congress party form the Telangana region would use the opposition parties’ proposed No Confidence Motion against the Congress-led UPA Government to mount pressure over the statehood issue.
Talking to reporters here, Madhu Yaskhi said that the Telangana MPs would certainly encash the No Trust Motion to pressurise the Centre for immediate announcement of formation of Telangana State. He said that the MPs would finalise the strategy after the beginning of winter session of the Parliament on Thursday.
The Nizamabad MP said that the except for separate State, the MPs would not agree for any other alternate for Telangana. He said special packages and posts for the leaders of Telangana were mere tools to delay the decision on the statehood issue.
Madhu Yaskhi said that there was no place for the YSR Congress party in the Telangana region. Describing the YSRCP as a synonym of corruption, he said that no pro-Telangana leader would ever join the party. He also alleged that by joining the Telangana Rashtra Samithi or YSRCP, the Telangana leaders were only strengthening those parties and not working towards the formation of separate State.
