Hyderabad, June 6 : The Telangana Revenue Employees JAC on Friday complained that non-local employees were being allowed to continue on the post of Tehsildars and other posts in Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy districts.
Speaking to media persons after meeting Deputy Chief Minister Mahmood Ali and Panchayat Raj Minister K Tarakamarao Rao at the State Secretariat, JAC Co-chairman Shiv Shankar and RR District President Rajender Reddy said that several non-local officials were posted in Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy district for election duties. However, even after the formation of Telangana State, those officials are being allowed to continue on the post while the local were being repatriated to other places. They said that the TRS ministers have assured to look into the issue to ensure that only locals are deputed as Tehsildars and other posts. INN
