TDP hopes to play an active role in GHMC area

Hyderabad, May 20 : The Telugu Desam Party is hoping to play a major role in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation area in near future.

Addressing the party workers at TDP City Office, Sanathnagar MLA and TDP Greater Hyderabad President Talasani Srinivas Yadav said that people living in GHMC limits have expressed their faith and confidence in the TDP in the recent elections. Therefore, the TDP would struggle hard to resolve the problems being faced by the people in the GHMC areas. He said that the peripheral areas of Hyderabad have been facing severe scarcity of drinking water and the outskirts did not get enough funds for development by the MIM-Congress led GHMC. Therefore, he said that the TDP would work hard to get sufficient development funds for the GHMC areas, especially the outskirts.

Talasani also informed that elaborate arrangements are being made for the Mahanadu, to be held at Gandipet on May 27 and 28th. He said that the TDP President Nara Chandrababu Naidu would unveil his vision for the Seemandhra and Telangana during the party’s Mahanadu.  INN
