TNGOs chief demands “perfect Telangana”

Nalgonda, Nov 25: Telangana Non-Gazetted Officers (TNGOs) Association president Devi Prasad on Monday warned the Centre of another ‘war’ if there formation of Telangana was further delayed.

Speaking to media persons here, Devi Prasad said that the some leaders from Seemandhra region were trying to stall the process of Telangana formation on pretext or the other. However, he said that such attempts would be foiled by the pro-Telangana forces. Referring to the controversy created around Bhadrachalam division, he said that the Seemandhra leaders wanted to plunder the resources of Telangana and for the same reason they want the Bhadrachalam to be part of residual State of Andhra Pradesh.

Stating that Bhadrachalam was part and parcel of Telangana, Devi Prasad made it clear that the people of this region would accept nothing less than a perfect Telangana. He said that the Telangana with 10 districts with Hyderabad as its capital should be formed as promised in the resolution of Congress Working Committee and then approved by the Union Cabinet. Any deviations from the original proposal would not be accepted. He said that the employees of Telangana region would not allow any compromise on the statehood issue and would launch another ‘war’ to achieve a ‘perfect Telangana’.

حیدرآباد، 14/فروری: تلنگانہ این جی اوس جمعہ کے روز ریاستی حکومت کو ہڑتال پر جانے کی نوٹس دینگے

یہ نوٹس چیف سیکرٹری منی میتھیو کو ریاستی سیکریٹریٹ میں حوالے کی جائیگی. یہ فیصلہ جمعرات کو منعقد جے اے سی کے اسٹیرنگ کمیٹی کے اجلاس میں لیا گیا. میڈیا سے بات کرتے ہوئے صدر ٹی این جی او دیوی پرساد نے کہا تلنگانہ ملازمین کے اہم مطالبات میں دسویں پے ریویزن کمیشن کا قیام، عام ہڑتال کی مدت کو چھٹی تصور کرتے ہوئے بقایا تنخواہوں کی ادائیگی اور ملازمین پر درج مقدمات سے دستبرداری شامل ہیں

دیوی پرساد نے کہا کہ تلنگانہ ملازمین 1 مارچ سے سبھی ضلاع ہیڈ کوارٹرز پر دھرنے منعقد کرینگے، جبکہ 20 مارچ کو چلو اسمبلی ریلی منعقد کی جائیگی جسمیں ہزاروں افراد شرکت کرینگے. انہوں نے کہا کہ ملازمین 20 مارچ کے بعد کبھی بھی ہڑتال پر جا سکتے ہیں

TNGOs to serve strike notice on Friday

Hyderabad, February 14 : The Telangana NGOs would serve strike notice to the Chief Secretary Minnie Mathew on Friday.

A decision to this effect was taken at the JAC Steering Committee meeting here on Thursday, TNGO president Devi Prasad said. The charter of demands includes setting up of 10th PRC, treat SakalaJanula Samme as holidays besides lifting of cases foisted on employees.

Devi Prasad said that the employees would organize dharnas at all district headquarters from March 1 and will undertake Chalo Assembly on March 20 in which lakhs of employees will take part. We will go on strike anytime after March 20, he said.

He said that the AP NGOs proposed Hyderabad Rally scheduled on March 2 should be shifted to Andhra area. INN
