He reviewed among other issues the delivery of bills, Meter’s status, verification of disconnected connections, Red Notices, Cash remittance, Category changes made etc.,

The Managing Director instructed the GMs (Engg.) to concentrate on improving revenue collection by issuing timely bills, notices including disconnection, Red Notices and wherever necessary disconnect the water supply connections and impose penalties and invoke RR Act. INN
