Hyderabad, Sept 7 (INN): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to keep him updated on flood alert sounded in the coastal districts of the state.
Amid flood predictions for the coastal districts of the state, the Chief Minister has instructed officials to ensure that people are safe and if required, be evacuated from areas where there might be damage due to floods. He has also reviewed rehabilitation measures for people from evacuated areas.
He has directed ministers from the region to coordinate with all departments and ensure that rescue and relief measures are extended to people.
