Hyderabad, Feb 3 : Former minister Dr P Shankar Rao on Monday demanded that Congress High Command take immediate action against Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy.
Speaking to media persons, Shankar Rao said that the Chief Minister was in an inferiority complex and in the grip of a fear that he could not secure his deposit in the next elections. For the same reason, he said that a “sealed cover” Chief Minister had went to the extent of challenging the authority of Congress High Command itself. He said that the Chief Minister’s proposed protest in New Delhi would be a flop show.
Shankar Rao also said that he would soon expose the corrupt practices of Kiran Kumar Reddy who made billions in politics although he started his career by running a canteen in Delhi.
He also slammed Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi for critisicing the UPA Government on Telangana issue. He said that the BJP had cheated the people of Telangana after giving the slogan of “One Vote, Two States”. He said that the BJP was responsible for the suicide for over 1100 students and youth over Telangana issue. INN
