Case registered against Naidu for ‘shepherd’ comments

Hyderabad, May 9 (INN): The Chaitanyapuri Police have registered a case against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for his alleged comments against his Telangana counterpart K Chandrashekar Rao.

While addressing a public meeting at Kakinada, Naidu had allegedly commented that KCR would have become a shepherd if TDP would not have ruled the State. Calling those comments as derogatory an advocate, Janardhan, had approached a local court seeking action against the AP Chief Minister. Following court’s directives, the Chaitanyapuri police have registered a case and began investigation.
