T-Cong leaders get experts’ help to nail TRS Govt on power

Hyderabad, Nov 6 (INN): The Telangana Congress leaders on Thursday participated in an informal workshop to understand the present energy crisis of Telangana Congress.

Congress leaders including Leader of the Opposition K Jana Reddy, TPCC Chief Ponanla Lakshmaiah, 17 MLAs, six MLCs and other senior leaders including Uttam Kumar Reddy, Dr J Geetha Reddy, Damodar Rajanarasimha, T Jeevan Reddy and Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy assembled at the residence of MLC Mohammed Ali Shabbir at Jubilee Hills on Thursday afternoon. According to sources, some experts on energy were called who explained the technical aspects of energy situation, the power sharing clauses in AP Reorganisation Act and other related issues.

The informal workshop lasted for about six hours. Later, senior leaders including Jana Reddy, Ponnala, Geetha Reddy, Shabbir Ali and Jeevan Reddy also discussed the strategy to be adopted in the State Legislative Assembly and Council during the ongoing budget session.
