OU to conduct workshop on Research Methodology

Hyderabad, July 30 (INN): The Osmania University Centre for International Programmes (OUCIP) in collaboration with Indian Council of Social Sciences Research (Southern Region Centre) will be conducting a Two Day Workshop on Research Methodology for Osmania University Students of English Literature/ELT and Social Sciences on 7th and 8th August at OUCIP, OU campus.

OUCIP Director Prof. A. Karunakar informed that the interested candidates can register at the OUCIP, Osmania University campus between 11 am and 4 pm from 28th July onwards by producing a copy of Bonafide Certificate.  The Registration fee for Indian Students is Rs.100/- and for Foreign Students Rs.500/-.  The number of seats available is 30 students in English Literature / ELT and 30 students in Social Sciences.  Seats are filled on basis of first come first served.

The Workshop will cover the topics like Contemporary Issues / trends in Social Sciences Research, Research Process, Trends in English Lit. / ELT research, Methods of DATA and Information Collection, Documentation, Research Methodology and Thesis/Report Writing.
