Online betting money racked busted, three held

Hyderabad, June 23 : On credible information North Zone Task Force Hyderabad apprehended three accused persons M.L.Sabu Sudhakar (44) an Businessman Resident of Thandan Parambil House, Dhandeepam Kadalundy Post, Kozhikode District of Kerala state Paul M Peter (56) an Businessman Resident of Vadiyaparambil House cochin, Kerala, and Joseph Paul Pulickattil (50) an Businessman Resident of HMT Sathavahana Nagar of Kukatpally, R.R.Dist, N/o. Kerala state at room no. 302 at Hotel Raj Comfort In, S.D.Road, Paradise Circle, Secunderabad who are accepting money for betting i.e “Online betting Investment Money back scheme” and also luring and trying to cheat the innocent people to become members in that scheme with false promises that they can earn huge money within a short period and Seized two laptops, two USB portals, three cell phones, net cash of Rs. 1500 & Online Market company profile & related documents from the possession of accused.

The accused M.L.Sabu Sudhakar is doing as a Consumer goods salesman at his native Kerala State. Paul M Peter is doing as a Sales executive in Nani Juice Ayurveda products on commission basis at his native state. Joseph Paul Pulickattil is native of Kerala state, later he settled in Kukatpally, R.R.Dist. He is running Real estate marketing and selling /purchasing lands on commission basis. During the marketing business he got friendship with M.L.Sabu Sudhakar and Paul M Peter, who are Native of Kerala state. M.L.Sabu Sudhakar noticed about online betting investment money back scheme, which is running from Malaysia Country, where seven famous lottery companies are there, such as Magnum, Damacai, Toto, STC, Singapoor Pools etc we got knowledge about the online lottery system through internet . He used to contact his friends, relative and their distant relative to lure gullible public especially of middle class by stating that, we could became rich overnight through money circulation schemes by attractive captions and enrolled members into multi-level marketing. Intentionally inducing members to enroll in the scheme and dishonestly making them to pay an initial subscription fee as well as making them to enroll other new members in to the scheme and get attractive commission. He got knowledge about the online betting system through internet as well as one of my friend Asis, is an Indian and presently staying at Malaysia. After that he opened an account in www.earnbarrel.com to purchase the lottery tickets in which if any customer supposed to open an account to pay minimum 20 US dollars, through online bank account. He got friendship with Paul M Peter, Joseph Paul Pulickattil he informed the above on line betting and offered them to pay good commission. as they are facing financial problems they agreed . On June 20, the accused M.L.Sabu Sudhakar along with other accused Paul M Peter who got membership in the online lottery (betting) investment Money Back and took the above room in this hotel and contacted his friend namely, Joseph Paul Pulickttil and they are hatched a plan to cheat the innocent people with intentionally and they are accepting the betting through online. On sunday Joseph Paul who is residing in Kukatpally came to the said hotel room along with P.Raghu, Srinivasan Swamynatha, S.Ramesh, Jogula Srikanth and V.Narayana who are innocent people and they have an intension to cheat them and explaining the betting process by making false promises mean while the task force police acted in time and apprehended the accused persons .

The arrested accused persons along with seized material handed over to Ramgopalpet PS for taking necessary action.

The arrests were made by A.P. Anand Kumar Inspector along with Sub Inspector A.Surya Nayak, G.Naresh Kumar, M. Muthu Yadav and the Staff of North Zone Team Hyderabad under the supervision of N.Koti Reddy, Additional DCP Task Force, North West & Central Zones Hyderabad.

Cheating case, M Tech student arrested by cyber crime police

Hyderabad, June 23 : Case of cheating by identity theft impersonating the complainant and using her debit card detailsfor online shopping, without her knowledge.
On Nov 30, 2013 Ms. Nagarani Mahajan Resident of Suchitra, Pet Basheerabad, Hyderbad lodged a complaint that she noticed unauthorized transactions worth Rs.1.15 lakhs on going through her Axis Bank account’s statement. Basing on her complaint, a case was registered by Cyber Crime PS, Cyberabad under the different sections and is being investigated into.

Investigation revealed by the police that the accused Bethapudi Crescy Angeleena @ Katragadda Ramya Chowdary, an M.Tech student of Malla Reddy College of Engineering, Kompally is none other than the complainant’s roommate, who joined her in Sept. 2013, responding to an advertisement on sulekha.com. As the complainant did not have much knowledge of online shopping, she took the help of the accused. Knowing that Nagarani has about five lakh rupees in her account, the accused impersonating the complainant, used her bank account details for placing shopping orders online with various websites and obtained the delivery of goods. She used to login to the shopping websites, when the complainant was busy with her chores or was sleeping and deleted the SMS alerts sent from the bank to the complainant’s mobile phone. When the complainant questioned the accused, she acted innocent and vacated the house. On receipt of credible information, the accused was apprehended from her new residence in Vennalagadda, Pet Basheerabad and sent to judicial remand.

The case was investigated by S. Rajasekhar Reddy Inspector Cyber Crime PS along with Sub-Inspectors D. Ashish Reddy, K. Srinivas under guidance of D. Pratap Reddy ACP Cyber Crime PS, Cyberabad and under the supervision of G. Janaki Sharmila Additional DCP Crimes, Cyberabad.

Woman jumps in a well along with her six year old son, dies

Hyderabad, June 23 : A 25-year-old woman committed suicide along with her six year old son by jumped in a well on Monday morning hours.

According to Shamshabad Rural police, the deceased R Leela (30) an Labourer W/o Ravi Resident of Madanpally of Shamshabad, had committed suicide along with her six year old son Srihari allegedly jumped in a well near her residence at oriental garden of Madanpally on Monday morning hours due to which Leela and Srihari died on the spot. Police retrieved the bodies from well.

Deceased husband Ravi and Mother-In-law Lakshmi allegedly being mentally and physically harassed for petty issues and additional dowry for last few months, due to which deceased taking extreme step of suicide with her son and ended her/his life over it.

Deceased Leela married with Ravi an auto driver last before 7 years back.

Shamshabad Rural Police has been registered a case of harassment against her Husband Ravi and Mother-In-Law Lakshmi and began investigation. Sub Inspector B Satyanarayana said.

Infant baby boy body found at footpath

Hyderabad, June 23 : The Abids police found the dead body of an newly born One day Infant baby boy in a cloth near Olypia Hotel foot path at Abids.

According to Abids police, the infant is suspected to have been dumped near the foot path by the relatives on Monday morning hours. Police registered a case under section 318 IPC, The body has been shifted to the Osmania General Hospital mortuary for post-mortem. Further investigations are on. Sub Inspector M Lakshman said.
