Japanese delegation calls on Agriculture Minister

Hyderabad, June 20 : A delegation from Miyoshi City from Japan called on Agriculture Minister Pocharam Srinivas Reddy at his chambers here on Friday.

The delegation discussed collaboration of Agriculture projects in Hyderabad city mainly on harvesting and marketing of Japanese Strawberry, self harvesting orchard for tourist attraction and other proposals which will help the unemployed youth to be trained in this matter.

Tsuyoshi Vesugi, Advisor to the Mayor Hiroshima Miyoshi City and Katsnaki Hirata were part of the Japanese Delegation. The discussions were held in the presence of Principal Secretary Poonam Malakondaiah, Commissioner of Agriculture B Janardhan Reddy and other senior officials.  INN
