One held in cheating and extortion case

Hyderabad, June 16 : Cyber crime police arrested cheating and extortion case accused SidhanthRaj (30) a Manager Operations in Vee Technologies, Vasnathnagar Bangalore Resident of Manipushpam, 4th cross, Nagappa block, Srirampura, Bangalore by demanding money showing seminude photos of the complainant and making money transaction with Debit/Credit Cards, transferring the credited amount from the account of the complainant without her knowledge.

On May 21, 2014 a woman from Gachibowli lodged a complaint stating that, one Sidhanth Raj Shrivastava, took advantage of friendship and made false marriage proposal, took her seminude photographs and started blackmailing her by showing the photographs to her stating that all her photographs were captured by a networking person at his office and demanded Rs. 5 lakhs to destroy the photographs. Further he forced her to take personal loan of Rs.3,90, 000 from CITI Bank, the same was transferred to his wife’s account. The accused also used two Credit Cards of the complainant made shopping and withdrawn the money to the tune of Rs. 1.5 lakhs after black mailing. The accused further started harassing the complainant for more money. All his activities caused her huge financial loss and lot of mental tension and she got vexed up and lodged a complaint.

Cyber Crime PS Cyberabad registered a case under section 384, 420 IPC & 66(A) I.T. Act-2000, investigated into. During the course of investigation it is came into the light.

Earlier the complainant and the accused worked together at a private firm at Balanagar, Hyderabad from 2010 to 13. After that the accused Sidhanth Raj moved to Bangalore and joined in Vee Technologies as Manager, operations. The complainant used to contact him over face book, cell phone and they became very close and decided to marry each other and the accused promised her to marry. As requested by the accused, in the month of February the complainant had been to Bangalore and stayed with the accused. During her visit, the accused managed to collect credit card of the complainant and misused it to a tune of Rs. 1,50,000 Further the accused took private photographs of the complainant without her consent while she was making video chit chat. Taking advantage of these photographs of the complainant the accused started blackmailing her saying that some photos of the complainant were captured by a networking administrator, who is demanding Rs. 5 lakhs for destroying photographs. The accused put her into mental tension, managed to get personal loan of Rs 3,85,446/-on the plea to solve the problem with the persons who are blackmailing and transferred the amount through online to the account of his wife Neethu Jha. The complainant was kept in dark by the accused that he is already married and living with his wife. After receiving money of more than Rs. 6 lakhs, the accused continued blackmailing her for more money.

After collecting sufficient evidence of the accused a team lead by S. Raja Shekar Reddy, Inspector along with Sub Inspectors D. Ashih Reddy and K. Srinivas visited Bangalore on June 13, 2014 and apprehended the accused at his residence, Srirampura, Bangalore and brought him to Hyderabad and produced before the concerned Court on June 14, 2014 now he is lodged in Central Prison, Cherlapally.

The case is investigated by S. Rajasekhar Reddy, Inspector along with Sub-Inspectors K.Srinivas, and D. Ashish Reddy, under supervision of D. Pratap Reddy ACP Cyber Crime PS, Cyberabad under close supervision of Additional DCP (Crimes) G. Janaki Sharmila.

Four-year-old boy dies after falling in water sump

Hyderabad, June 16 : A four-year-old boy died after accidentally falling in a water sump in Mailardevpalli police limits.

According to police, the deceased, Mohd Naveed, was playing outside his home in Moghal Colony on Sunday afternoon. The family members grew suspicious when he remained missing for almost an hour. They started searching the boy in the neighbourhood and later found his body in the water sump of their neighbour Munawar Ali.

A case has been registered and further investigations are on, Sub-Inspector Mohd Akram Baba said.

Mason killed at workplace in Rajendranagar

Hyderabad, June 16 : A 35-year-old mason died on the spot when a heavy object fell on his head from the third floor of a construction site.

According to Rajendranagar police, the incident happened on Sunday evening when the deceased, P Ramu Naik, was working at a site near Pillar No 196 of PVNR Express Way. Enquiries by the police revealed that some heavy object accidentally fell on his head from the third floor leading to his instantaneous death. He was a resident of Hyder Shah Kote of Rajenderanagar.

Task Force team raids over three gambling dens

Hyderabad, June 16 : Central Zone Task Force Team Hyderabad on credible information raided over three dens in the limits of Musheerabad and Chikkadpally Police Station limits and apprehended its three Organizers Kukkala Raju (24) an Private Job Resident of Ram Nagar, Parsigutta of Secunderabad, N/o Rayaparthi (Village), Parakaala (Mandal), Warangal (District) Balwanth Kumar Sahani (21) an Carpenter, Resident of Parsigutta, Ramnagr, Hyderabad and Mohd. Laiuqddin (66) an Businessman Resident of Risala Basti, RTC X Roads, Hyderabad (21) Punters and seized a Total Cash of Rs.1,47,970 & Cellphones from their possession.

The arrested accused persons along with the seized material were handed over to the SHO’s Musheerabad and Chikkadpally Police Station’s for taking necessary action.

The above raids were conducted by A.Bhaskar, Inspector along with Sub Inspectors S. Saida Babu, P. Raghavender, K. Vinod Kumar and staff of Central Zone Task Force Team under the supervision of N. Koti Reddy Additional. DCP Task Force Hyderabad.

Two cocaine drug peddlers held, 17 grams cocaine seized

Hyderabad, June 16 : North Zone Task Force Team Hyderabad apprehended two Nigerian national Mike Justus @ Victor (34) an Fabric business, Resident of Hastinapur colony, Sainikpuri colony of Secunderabad, Native of 13 Muyibi street, Oghodi District, Lagas state, Nigeria country and Olisha Joe @ Olisha (32) an Fabric business Resident of Hastinapur colony, Sainikpuri colony of Secunderabad N/o. Mpu, Enugue State, Nigeria country who are in possession and trying to sell Cocaine Narcotic substance to needy customers. Seized (17) grams of cocaine, and three cell phones from their possession.

The accused persons came to India initially on a tourist visa and later on a Business Visa and doing exporting of Fabric i.e Sarees, readymade cloths to their Country. Mike Justus @ Victor came to India on fabric business purpose in the month of Sep-2012 and stayed at Mumbai, exported Fabric i.e Sarees and readymade cloths through Cargo service, stayed for 27 days in Mumbai, went to his Nigerian country. Again in the month of Sep-2013 he came to India on Business Visa for exporting Sarees, Readymade garments. He is staying at Chakada Street, Mohammad Ali road, Mumbai and purchasing Sarees, readymade garments at Mumbai, Tamilnadu, Surath where the garments are available in cheap rate and selling & exporting to his Nigeria country. His visa got expired two months back and was not renewed. Thus he staying without a valid visa.

Olisha Joe @ Olisha In the month of Dec-2013, on business visa he came to India, stayed at Mohammad Ali lane, Mumbai. He is purchasing fabrics at Delhi and sending to his native through dealers in this business he got loss and facing financial problems. After that in the month of April – 2014 he ontacted Mike Justus @ Victor through one of his friend and got friendship. They decided to earn money easily by supplying Narcotic Drugs to needy customers through South African nationals who stayed at Mumbai.

After that few weeks back Olisha Joe @ Olisha contacted Mike Justus @ Victor over phone and informed him that he had several contacts with local people at Hyderabad and High class society who are in need of Cocaine and asked him to provide Cocaine. Upon his request about 10 days back Mike Justus contacted Olisha Joe, then he informed that he is having few customer who are ready to purchase Cocaine. Mike Justus came to Hyderabad and set a deal with Olisha Joe and went to Mumbai. Mike Justus @ Victor purchased 17 grams Cocaine from one of his South African nation (name not known) at Mohammed Ali road for Rs. 2800 each gram and paid an amount of Rs. 47.600 . Few days back Mike Justus @ Victor came to Hyderabad along with 17 grams of Cocaine which was concealed in his undergarments and met with Olisha Joe at Sainikpuri colony, Marredpally, Secunderabad and waiting to sell the same to needy customers. Monday at 0800 hours they were trying to sell Cocaine for Rs. 6000 per gram .Today Mike Justus @ Victor and Olisha Joe @ Olisha came near RTC Bus stop, MCH Play ground, Marredpally, waiting to sell the same to needy customers meanwhile they were apprehended by North Zone Task Force Police at 0800 hours and seized 17 grams of cocaine, three cell phones from their possession. They are not possessing any passports and visa copies and moving state to state without any valid documents by violating the passport act rules.

The arrested accused persons are being handed over to City Crime Station, Hyderabad for necessary action.
The arrest was made, under the supervision of N.Koti Reddy, Additional DCP Task Force, North West & Central Zones, by A.P.Anad Kumar, Inspector along with sub inspectors A.Surya Nayak, G.Naresh Kumar, M.Muthy Yadav and the Staff of North Zone Team.
