One held with illegal possession of Ganja

Hyderabad, June 12 : West Zone Task Force Team Hyderabad apprehended one person Veduruparthi Brahmaji (40) an Tailor Resident of Yetigairampeta Village Golugonda (M), Narsipatnam of Vishakapatnam District who were illegal possession of “Ganja”. Seized 19 Kgs of Ganja, from the possession on Thursday.

Task Force received a credible information that one person is waiting near Raheempura ground, Mangalhat, Hyderabad along with two luggage bags containing Ganja and trying to sell the same to needy customers West Zone Task Force team apprehended the accused persons at the spot.

The accused person along with the seized material are handed over to Mangalhat police station for further investigation.

The Case was investigated by Y. Prakash Reddy, Inspector along with Sub Inspectors K.Srinivas, D.Jalendar Reddy, M. Venkateshwar Goud and staff of West Zone Task Force team under the supervision of N. Koti Reddy, Additional DCP Task Force .

Assistant city planner and section officer GHMC Serilingampally in acb net

Hyderabad, June 12 : Assistant City Planner (A1) and Section Officer (A2), Circle XI, Office of the GHMC of West Zone Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy District were caught red handed by the ACB officials on Thursday afternoon hours at the office, when they demanded and accepted an amount of Rs.2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs only) as bribe from the complainant, for doing official favor i.e., “for sanction of building permission of the cousin of the complainant”.

Bribe amount of Rs. 2,00,000 was recovered from them. The Accused Officers have been arrested and will be produced before the Honorable Ist Additional Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad.

Student killed in train accident

Hyderabad, June 12 : A 23-year-old student killed after he was hit by a train while trying to cross the railway track near Ghatkesar on Thursday morning hours.

According to Secunderabad Railway Police, the deceased Y Sai Prasad (23) an student S/o Sudhakar Resident of Ghatkesar, while trying to cross the railway track near his house on Thursday morning hours suddenly one speeding train hit due to which he was died on the spot.

The Secunderabad Railway Police registered a case and dead body shifted to Gandhi Hospital Mortuary for postmortem, after autopsy deceased body handed over to his relatives.
