MIM wins Charminar, Malakpet and Bahadurpura

Hyderabad, May 16 : The Majlis-e-Ittehadlul Muslimeen has retained the Malakpet, Charminar and Bahadurpura Assembly constituencies.

MIM candidate Ahmed Bin Abdullah Balala has won from the Malakpet Assembly constituency by defeating his nearest rival B Venkat Reddy of BJP with a margin of more than 24,000 votes. Similarly, Maozam Khan has won from Bahadurpura constituency with a thumping majority of 94,527 votes. Syed Ahmed Pasha Quadri has retained the Charminar seat for the third consecutive term and won the elections with a margin of more than 35,000 votes.
