Driver succumbs to burn injuries

Hyderabad, April 10 : A 35-year old Driver died of burn injuries set ablaze himself at his residence in Annojiguda on April 9.

According to police, deceased K Prabhakar Reddy (35) a Driver S/o Venkat Reddy R/o Annojiguda of Ghatkesar committed suicide by setting himself ablaze on April 9, immediately rushed to Gandhi Hospital for treatment where undergoing treatment he died on Thursday morning hours. Few days back deceased and his wife quarreled with petty issue, wife went to her parents house due to which mentally depressed deceased taking a extreme step of suicide and set ablaze himself.

Ghatkesar police registered a case and dead body shifted to Gandhi Hospital for postmortem, after autopsy deceased body handed over to his relatives.

Financial problem drives Housewife to suicide

Hyderabad, April 10 : A 38 year old House wife committed suicide by hanging at her residence on Wednesday in Chilkalguda police limits.

According to Police, Deceased S Rajitha (38) a House wife W/o Balraj Yadav R/o Medibavi of Chilkalguda committed suicide by hanging at her residence on Wednesday night hours.

The family members of the woman told the police that she slipped into depression due to financial problems and might have ended her life over it.

Chilkalguda police registered a case and dead body shifted to Gandhi Hospital Mortuary for postmortem after autopsy deceased body handed over to her relatives.

Hyderabad, April 10 : A 30-year old House wife died of burn injuries set ablaze herself at her residence in Rajiv Gruha Kalpa of Suraram.

According to Dundigal police, deceased Naga Lakshmi (30) a House wife W/o Lakshmi Narayana R/o Rajiv Gruha Kalpa of Suraram committed suicide by setting herself ablaze on April 3, immediately rushed to Gandhi Hospital for treatment where undergoing treatment she died on Wednesday night hours.

The family members of the woman told the police that she slipped into depression due to Severe stomach pain and might have ended her life over it.

Dundigal police registered a case and dead body shifted to Gandhi Hospital for postmortem, after autopsy deceased body handed over to her relatives.

VRO Cherukupalli guntur in acb net

Guntur, April 10 : The Village Revenue Officer, Alawar palem (V), Cherukupalli (M), Guntur District was caught red-handed by the ACB officials on April 9, 2014 afternoon hours at Mandal Revenue Office, Cherukupalli Mandal of Guntur district, when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.3,500 from one complainant K. Venkaiah, for doing an official favour of processing and issuance of family membership certificate to the complainant.

The accused officer was arrested and being produced before the Honorable ACB Court, Vijayawada. Case is under investigation.

Four of a family commits suicide

Hyderabad, April 10 : Four members of a family allegedly committed suicide in the limits of Lalaguda police station.

According to police, LM Praveen Kumar, an employee of a private, his wife Swathi, and their daughters Varshita and Akshay Krupa, aged between three and five years, were found hanging to the ceiling at their residence in Aryan Nagar. Police suspected that the Praveen and Swathi might have killed their daughters before themselves resorting to the extreme step on Wednesday night.

Their dead bodies were noticed on Thursday morning. Police suspect that some domestic problems might have driven the family to mass suicide. Further investigations are on.

One killed in train accident

Hyderabad, April 10 : An unidentified man of age about 25 years died on the spot after he was hit by a trainwhile trying to cross the tracks.

The accident occurred on the tracks between Borabanda and Hitech city on Wednesday night hours. The Nampally Railway Police preserved the body at Osmania Hospital Mortuary for autopsy and identification.

Supervisor arrested for theft of 20 lakhs

Hyderabad, April 10 : Madhapur police crime team arrested the offender namely Emani Gopal Reddy @ Gopal (35) a supervisor at Ananya Homes Pvt Ltd, Madhapur R/o Addagutta society, Western Hills of KPHB colony Hyerabad N/o Thumuluru Village of Guntur District, and recovered Rupees 20 Lakhs from his possession at KPHB area on Thursday morning.

According to Madhapur police, accused came from Tumuluru village of Guntur District for job purpose and he done real-estate and share market business. But he did not succeed. Recently he joined as a Supervisor at Ananya Homes Pvt Ltd, Madhapur. Due to financial problems he hatched plan to commit a theft to solve his debts and other problems said the accused taken advantage as a employee in the above Firm and stolen the cash bag and sped away on April 7. Assistant Commissioner of Police, Madhapur Division Sridhar Said.

Car Driver commits suicide

Hyderabad, April 10 : A 26-year-old Car Driver committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar of L B Nagar on April 9.

According to police, deceased S Srinivas (26), a Car Driver R/o Rajiv Gandhi Nagar of L B Nagar committed suicide by hanging himself on April 9 late night hours.

Three months back deceased and his wife quarreled with petty issue, wife went to her parents house due to which mentally depressed deceased taking a extreme step of suicide hanged himself.

L B Nagar police registered a case and dead body shifted to OGH Mortuary for postmortem, after autopsy deceased body handed over to his relatives.

Intermediate student commits suicide due to harassment

Hyderabad, April 10 : A 18-year-old girl committed suicide following harassment by a boy in Dabeerpura police limits.

According to Dabeerpura police, the deceased, Hajera Fatima (18) an intermediate student D/o Raza Ali Khan R/o Noor Khan Bazar, was allegedly being harassed by a boy Akhter asking her to do friendship. Due to mental depression she had set herself ablaze at her residence on April 6, immediately rushed to OGH for treatment, where undergoing treatment she died on Wednesday night hours.

Dabeerpura police registered a case of harassment against Akhter under section 306 IPC and dead body shifted to OGH Mortuary for postmortem and began investigation.
