JC demands special security for Assembly session

Hyderabad, Nov 27: Former minister JC Diwakar Reddy on Wednesday demanded that special security arrangements should be made for the ensuing session of the State Legislative Assembly.

Speaking to media persons here, Diwakar Reddy said that since the Assembly would debate Telangana Bill, the atmosphere, both inside and outside the House would be stormy. Therefore the law and order would be the biggest issue to be handled during the session.

Further, Diwakar Reddy said that the regional feelings have hurt the cordial relations between the legislators and ministers of Seemandhra and Telangana regions. He said the legislators too might attack each other with strong comments during the session. He said that Macherla of Guntur district could be the appropriate place for the new capital of residual of Andhra Pradesh State after bifurcation.
