Bus fire mishap: Shiv Sena leader alleges forgery of bus documents

Hyderabad, Oct 31 : A complaint has been lodged with the Andhra Pradesh State Human Rights Commission alleging that management of Jabbar Travels and others were manipulating the actual bus registration number to dilute the case.

In his complaint, Muralidhar Rao Despande of AP Wing of Shiv Sena, alleged that the bus bearing number AP02 TA 0963 was operating without proper permit, without insurance and without fitness with the collusion of concerned RTA officials of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. “The management of Jabbar Travels led by Smt Shaheen Begum, Shakeel Jabbar, Jameel Jabbar and Diwar Road Lines represented by Smt JC Uma Reddy, W/O Smt JC Prabhakar Reddy , are involved in forgery of documents in manipulation of actual bus registration number and conspired with the RTA officials to dilute the accident case,” he alleged.

Muralidhar Rao requested the SHRC to instruct ACP Saifabad to register the case under forgery for manipulating the bus number and take action against the management, driver, cleaner and concerned officials of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

Besides the list of 45 people who were killed in fire mishap in Mahabubnagar district on Wednesday, he also enclosed a copy of Agreement of Lease between JC Uma Reddy and Shaheen Jabbar signed on 10th October, 2010. INN
