TDP questions Jagan’s silence against KCR

Hyderabad, Oct 27 : The Telugu Desam Party on Sunday accused YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy of having tactical understanding with the Congress party and Telangana Rashtra Samithi.

Addressing a press conference here, TDP senior leaders Devineni Uma and Babu Rajendra Prasad said that Jagan did not speak a single word against TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao who was responsible for the division of Andhra Pradesh. Similarly, he refrained from making strong statments against Congress president Sonia Gandhi. They demanded that Jagan explain as to why he maintained silence or was careful in speaking against Sonia Gandhi and KCR. They asked asked whether Jagan would join them in holding a protest at Sonia Gandhi’s residence in New Delhi demanding that the Centre stop bifurcation of State.

Describing “Samaikhya Shankaravam” as “Samaikhya Dongala Sankaravam”, the TDP leaders said that the YSRCP meeting was aimed at capatalising the sentiments of united Andhra Pradesh in Seemandhra region to benefit the Congress party in next elections. INN
